ABOUT
During years of practising yoga and sharing it with others, Anat offers lessons to a big variety of people of different ages.
Anat brings to the lessons her own life experience, since yoga and life cannot be clearly separated any more. Yoga for children started with her own children. Backaches workshops came from her back problem which she investigated during the years. In the lessons she hopes to bring to others the realization that life and yoga are actually one, and one can continuously study yoga as much as life.
During more than 20 years Anat has been giving yoga lessons to adults and children in Israel, Switzerland and in The Netherlands.
She started practising yoga in early 80th, and in 1990, following a yoga teacher training, given by Rachel Zolberg, in the Wingate institute in Israel, she started to give lessons.
In 1996 she followed her second course of senior yoga teachers training, given by Orit san Gupta in association with Donna Holman, in the Wingate institute.
When moving to Switzerland and then to The Netherlands, she continued to give lessons, in Switzerland mainly individual lessons, and in The Netherlands mainly for adults groups and children.
Giving yoga lessons to individual opened for her a new dimension of interaction with students, and taught her a lot about the depth of the influence that yoga have on day to day life in very many aspects. It gave her a tool to pass on for people seeking a way to learn more about themselves.
In a retreat in England she met Dr. Shrikrishna Bhushan Tengshe, with whom she started a 3 years course of Pranayama and meditation, in Berlin, Germany. This course enriches and deepens her practice and her lessons, bringing Pranayma, even more to the foreground of the session.
