Yoga For Children
Yoga for children is divided to three age groups:
- 4-5 years old
- 6-8 years old
- 9-12 years old
In the lessons the children will learn various yoga positions and breathing exercises, through games and creative imagination.
As a result the children will improve their physical skills and gain physical confidence and body awareness. By practising breathing techniques the children will develop a self awareness and find a way of relaxation.
For the lessons the children will need a yoga mat, a blanket, and comfortable clothes.
Yoga For Teenagers
In time of physical and mental changes practising yoga is significantly important. The body passes through remarkable changes, and the mind and point of view are changing as well.
Practising yoga in this phase of life can develop a healthy body, self awareness, and build up self confidence, which can be used in the different daily life tasks and challenges that are typical for this age.
In the lessons the students practice breathing techniques, learn a big variety of yoga poses, and thus gain flexibility, strength, self awareness and tools for relaxation. Those result in improving the posture and getting better self-confidence.
