Yoga in Your Work Place
In our time sitting in front of the screen for hours, busy with demanding tasks, is a daily routine for so many of us. Therefore it becomes more and more important to keep our mind and body healthy and relax. One way of doing so is to practice some yoga techniques during the working day to refresh ourselves physically and mentally. These lessons will give some ideas of what and how to do it. Yoga is usually practised on a mat on the floor. In this occasion we adapt some of the poses and breathing techniques to office conditions, so you can join the lesson without any preparation.
At the end of these series, you will be able to practice yourself and improve the quality of your work and life.

Yoga For School & Daycare Teachers
A series of 6 lessons for daycares and primary schools teachers.
In the first part of the program teachers will learn yoga positions and breathing techniques. In the second part they will get ideas how to introduce yoga to the children in a playful and interesting way.

Breathing For Relaxation
Life is very busy and often we find ourselves running from one task to another without having the opportunity to stop for a moment or two and bring our awareness to our way of life. In this endless run tension is built up, disturbing our physical and mental inner state.
These lessons give the chance to stop and watch ourselves.
In the lessons participants learn yoga breathing techniques (Pranayama), as a tool for reducing stress, developing concentration, self awareness and relaxation.
Once learned, these techniques can be used wherever and whenever needed.

Lessons For Lower Backaches
One of the main reasons for absence from work is lower backaches.
A series of 10 lessons is offered for people with lower back sensitivity, aches or pains. In these lessons participants learn to know their back better and how to deal with, or avoid, lower backaches. Lesson can be given in the workplace for a group, or at home as individual lessons.
