     SUN SALUTATION or SURYA NAMASKARA

Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskara exercise is a series of yoga postures (asanas) usually practised in the morning, at sunrise, facing the rising sun. This exercise activates the endocrine system and the chakras, helping to build strength and flexibility.
