Yoga classes for adults are concentrated on body positions (Asana), breathing techniques (Pranayama) and relaxation. In the lessons we learn how to bring body, breath and mind together, and develop self awareness which can be extended to our daily activities.

The lessons are suitable for men and women of all ages.
The lessons are given in groups or privately in the student’s house.
For the lessons you will need a yoga mat, a blanket, and comfortable clothes.

Individual lessons are suitable for every one. They are especially helpful for people with specific problems like high or low blood pressure, backaches, asthma or breathing problems, stress, etc.
The lesson are given to individuals or/and pairs in the area of Leiden, Oegstgeest, Wassenaar, The Hague (Den Haag), Katwijk and Nordwijk.
Lesson can take place at the student’s house or at my home in Rijpwetering.
